We got halfway through 2022 with great news to share with you all. Our team is celebrating more tech talents hired in June and fantastic results in our goals of helping more women and Ukrainian skilled tech workers get hired and relocated abroad.
Let’s start with a big cheer to all the 51 VanHackers who landed their dream international jobs last month! We are very proud of each and every one of you. We are happy to inform you that 12 female tech talents were hired in June, and that’s 24% of the total. Last month we posted more than a hundred new job opportunities on our platform. Is one of them just right for you? Let’s keep up the hard work! Maybe you’ll be on the hired list in July!

Moving fast and helping more tech talents
In 2022, we are ramping up our efforts to attract more people to our platform. We have the best team in the world to help talented workers get excellent international jobs. In June, we celebrated more than 4,6 thousand new VanHackers joining in!
More than 500 hundred new members identify as women, and almost 400 signed up via the Referral Program.

We would also like to congratulate every VanHacker who kept on working hard towards their dream of an international career. In June, 1000+ candidates completed the English Verification and are not ready to start applying. We conducted 281 interview practice sessions, and 151 candidates finished code challenges, making their profiles even more interesting for recruiters.

Our mission is to help candidates find the right match regarding work and corporate culture. That’s why we keep providing as much information as possible to the broader tech industry. We held two open webinars in June and discussed salary negotiation and our business model. We also did our best to share as many success cases as possible.
