Because of what is happening in her country, Anastasiia’s hiring process happened a lot quicker than usual.
“After the circumstances in Ukraine I needed to move to another place so I went to Poland. Then I had an interview with Cecilia from VanHack and she helped have my first interview with HR [for the Canadian company]. They found my portfolio, my LinkedIn profile and my VanHack profile. After that I had an interview with the team and four hours later I had another interview with HR, the team and the leader of the company. The next day they sent me an invitation for the work!”
