More women hired in tech
We keep working to increase the number of women signed up and hired through our platform. In May, 17% of the VanHackers hired identified as women. A round of applause for them.
As part of our effort to help tech talents from Ukraine, we also celebrated two new Ukrainian VanHackers getting hired and relocating abroad with our assistance.

And since we are talking about celebrating every step, we want to give a big cheer to all the hardworking VanHackers who took action towards their dream international career abroad. The number is amazing: 4,627 candidates applied for jobs on our platform in May!
More than 1,4 thousand candidates verified their English, and 2,517 sent their profiles for review. We had 344 interview practice sessions in May, and candidates finished 307 code challenges. Way to go!
