We have just wrapped up the first month of 2022, and we have great news to share. Over 20k new VanHackers joined our community in January, and 240 new job positions were added to our platform. Who is ready to become the next VanHacker hired abroad?
Starting with an overview
2022 is off to a great start. Over 900 candidates’ profiles were shared with our hiring partners, and we had more than 1400 interviews booked last month (including 52 final rounds).
We are happy to celebrate 35 VanHackers who got hired abroad in January! Many more are still in the process, and we can’t wait for the following months.

We are proud of all the 35 awesome VanHackers hired abroad in January. What a great way to start the new year!
Our mission is to help create a more diverse and borderless market. We are delighted that the recently hired candidates are from 10 different nationalities: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, Madagascar, Nigeria, Thailand, and Turkey.
These VanHacker are starting a new international career working fully remotely or relocating to Canada, the US, and Europe. The top five January job positions were: Fullstack Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, and Mobile Developer.
Preparation is the key to success
Many hired VanHackers pointed out how crucial preparing for the interview was. And they couldn’t be more right about it. As you might already know, preparation is the key to success, and in January only, over 300 interview prep sessions were conducted with the VanHack team.

Academy members have a lot to celebrate
As you know, Premium Academy aims to prepare tech talent for work opportunities abroad. It is Premium Academy whose core value is preparation and where members acquire career skills that allow them to stand out from the rest of the competition. VanHack’s team and candidates worked hard together and accomplished excellent results this January, with 51 live classes conducted. This dedication paid off, with 29% of the month’s hires coming from Premium Academy members.
