As the founder of Japa Yoga Healing Therapies, Kelli brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Shamanic Reiki Master, and Yoga Alliance Registered Experienced Yoga teacher. Connecting with the Elements
One of the highlights of our experience with Kelli was the exploration of the five elements: water, fire, earth, air, and space. Through a specialized practice known as “5 Elements Yoga,” we discovered how these elements are not only fundamental to our existence but also play a vital role in shaping the way we respond to life’s challenges. Kelli beautifully guided us to embrace the power of each element and recognize their presence within ourselves.
Breath and Heart: Our Sacred Tools
Kelli emphasized the significance of our breath and heart as invaluable gifts bestowed upon us. As we engaged in various breathwork exercises, we experienced the profound impact of conscious breathing on our well-being. Through the revelation of self, we realize that we are intricate nerve systems in motion, where the intention to move is manifested by our actions. Unleashing Inner Power
During our breathwork sessions, Kelli taught us how to reclaim our power and bring it back into our hands. The Essence of Bhramari Pranayama
One of the practices Kelli introduced us to was Bhramari Pranayama, also known as humming bee breath. This simple yet powerful breathwork technique involved creating a humming sound during the exhalation. The vibrations generated through this practice resonate with the cosmic sound of “om,” a sacred syllable revered by yogis worldwide.
By engaging in Bhramari Pranayama, we were able to harness the calming effects of sound and stimulate a sense of connection with the vast cosmic universe.

Our experience with Kelli from Japa Yoga was nothing short of extraordinary. Through the exploration of breathwork, we discovered new dimensions of self-awareness and inner strength.
