Today is yet another exciting day for VanHack Hiring Partners! We’re launching TWO great new features: Pre-Screening Questions & User Tagging. These feature will help you find the right candidate faster and work more collaboratively with your team and VanHack Talent Manager.
User Tagging.
Now you can easily tag someone from your team or from Team VanHack in comments 🙂
This way it’ll be super easy to discuss the status of your candidates and get the support you need to get to the next step.
Here’s how it works:
- Select a user to tag by pressing “@” and then spelling their name or selecting it from the list.
- Here’s what it’ll look like:
3. The tagged user will get an email notification and can easily login to VanHack to reply back.This is a great way to give feedback or ask questions about specific candidates without getting lost in email.
Pre-Screening Questions
You can now add custom Pre-Screening Questions to all the jobs you’ve posted on VanHack in order to learn more about them before doing an interview.
You can do this by editing any job you’ve already posted or add them to the job posting when you are creating it as see above.
When candidates apply to your job they’ll be promoted to answer the questions (not mandatory).
You can review these questions on their profiles under the “Questions” tab.
