This month, we decided to do something different: an all Female Accelerator Program. We’re bringing to light the top 50 female engineers who are actively looking for a job from around the world.
But why an all female accelerator program?
It’s no secret that there’s a gender equality gap in the tech market. We understand this gap. Companies are also noticing that gap. And we want to help change this scenario.
What is the real gap for a woman in tech?
Isaca.org made a report about the woman in tech that has some interesting data. They asked things like what is the biggest barrier woman find in the tech industry or why women are underrepresented in the technology. That particular question deserves our attention. Have any idea what the answers are?
The biggest question is: How can we help change that?
