VanHack ATS Integration is now live!
We can now integrate with 54 external ATS platforms, making it easier to sync jobs and candidates with our partners’ systems.To enable the integration:
- Open the Company Profile.
- Click on the new “Integrations” tab.
- Search for the ATS provider, then click Connect to start the integration process.
Each ATS has its own setup flow, so we recommend that the employer handles the connection, as you’ll need admin access to their ATS in order to get the API key and other credentials.
Once connected, we’ll need to link each job from our platform to a job in their ATS.
This needs to be done:
- For every existing job already posted.
- And every new job created moving forward.
To link jobs:
- Go to the Interview Pipeline.
- Click the new “ATS Sync” button.
- Select the matching job from their ATS and save.
After syncing:- All candidates in the “For Your Review” column will be sent to their ATS.
- New candidates moved to that column will be synced automatically as well.
Note: Some ATS platforms support document integration, and for those, we’ll send over the resume file.
Whenever a candidate is moved forward, we’ll also update their status on the ATS.
