Knowing what a “good” developer is has always been a huge challenge for anyone hiring tech talent.
There is no one Silver Bullet sure fire way to tell if an engineer is really good, or not, at a specific skill since everyone’s definition of what ‘good’ is is, well, different.
So for almost a decade we’ve been trying to find the best way to verify tech skills at scale. We’ve used all the different coding assessment tools out there, from Codility to Hacker Rank to Qualified to Woven.
Today we’ve added another tool in our belt in the process of vetting software engineers: AI Tech interviews.
It works by having an agent interview our engineers (we call them VanHackers) and score their answers accordingly.
Check out an example below:
We can customize the tests for your programming language. Check out vanhack.com to get started.
