1 – Improving member’s interview skills
Interview classes are our most famous service, and for a good reason!
Prep interview classes create an environment that simulates a real interview to prepare you for what you will face in real life. You get feedback on how to answer the most common questions and advice on how to best showcase your skills and experience. Interview classes improve candidate\’s language skills and boost their confident.
Sessions focus on both behavioral and technical interview questions. We hold two classes a day (Monday to Thursday) at 4 am and 8 am Pacific Time (PST).
Generally, behavior interviews are about checking if the candidate fits the company\’s culture and if he or she has the soft skills they are looking for. They provide concrete examples of how your skill and experience relate to the position you want.
So, in each behavioral interview prep session, your instructor will bring up subjects related to HR and cultural fit. You\’ll be exposed to common questions you might get in an interview. In the process, you will also learn how to apply techniques that will help you better phrase your answers. One example is the STAR method.
Technical interview focus is to check if the candidate has the technical skills needed for the job. Recruiters will want to know about your methodology (how you got your answers) and how articulate your skills. Questions will also assess your knowledge of the industry. As well as how would apply your skills in an actual workplace situation.
During technical interview practice, your instructor will bring up subjects like Live Coding, Whiteboard or Q&A. This provides you with a friendly environment to try possible answers and get instant feedback.
